NewTek folks *are* watching the LW forums.
And although it needs to be given more attention, a reporting system is
already in place. The larger challenges are feedback to testers and more
hands-on management of the flow of information in both directions, things
only NewTek is in a position to provide. Believe me, they've heard this
already.
